Reschedule Policy
31 days prior to your appointment: If you wish to change your exam date or time, you must do so by 31 days prior to your appointment using the Reschedule/Cancel option on this Web site or by contacting Prometric at 1-800-873-7321 (in North America). The Web is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There is no charge for changing an appointment within the same testing window if the change is made 31 days prior to your appointment.
6-30 days prior to your appointment: : There is a $25 Prometric charge paid by credit card for rescheduling an appointment within the same testing window if the change is made 6 to 30 days prior to your appointment.
5 or fewer days prior to your appointment. If you reschedule your appointment or if you are unable to sit for a scheduled examination for any reason (invalid identification, late arrival, lack of appearance for a scheduled exam), and you are eligible to defer your participation in the examination, CRCC will assess a re-examination fee of $200 in order for you to be rescheduled for the next testing window. Please contact CRCC for further clarification of the re-examination process.
IMPORTANT: An appointment may be rescheduled as late as 11:59 am on the day prior to the appointment; beyond that time, cancellation is the only alternative.
Cancellation Policy
Candidates who are unable to sit for a scheduled examination for any reason are permitted only one deferral to the next scheduled testing window.
